Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Mild steel or iron work of small size and sections such as holding down bolts, hold fast tie roads, gatings etc. (When not included in an overall rates) wrought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required and welding, grinding and making holes as required for proper completion of work fabrication of holes, Doors chaukhats and nosing. Painting or varnishing new iron work in small area or new wood with two coat (up to one sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI No. 103 1950.641 above but for every coat after first coat. as per SI No-641+642(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. Providing and laying of repeated bars from thermoplastic bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Supplying and instatation of delinator (road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100 cm. high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm. wide strips. Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810(Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.
