S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in,window cills and like laid over 10mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, one piece mirror polished in all round opening of window/doors edges shall be bevelled,and at corner joint shall be cut mitred as directed by Eng...in ... Charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Average 25 mm thk Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course/padding with slope 1:40 all as directed

M&L for 40 mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, laid in slope 1:30 on roof as in padding, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc incl brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq metre complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles any coloured / shed of size 450mm x 300mm x 6 to 7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm and not exceeding 0.18 Sqm each in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick scredbed in CM (1:4) on padding course, with liquid WPC @ 200gm per 50kg of cement all as directed. Note :- liquid WPC shall be measureded and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in two layers, First Layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and rough and second layer of 5mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and fair incl using integral water proofing liquid in top layer as per mfr instructions in cement mortar (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
