Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx 30cm x 25mm with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified tiles light coloured 10mm thick, polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floor, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent)

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling PVC sheet/ flooring including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 1.5 mm thick PVC sheets laminated plain coloured marble,mosic or molted finish laid with rubber base adhesive in floors compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement conc 1:2:4 type B0 as in mud stops rounded or chemfered complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and incl 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, Hollow or round steel tubes, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated), Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F, mild steel Windows Chajja / wind ties for roof covering including screwing bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted gaivatume aluminium sheet zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, Mild steel for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing ,Fe 410-W, Gde E-250, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F, Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
