Removal of the defective concrete across the bar should be at least 2 mm beyond the defective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with emery ribbon,wire brush etc.After cleaning the bar wash the bar with clean water and collect all the spalled/fallen concrete.measurement is calculated for whole exposed area.Including cost of materials, labour charges,conveyance of materials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

OD124177/2022-2023:The cleaned reinforcing bar,on the dried bar,applying corrotion inhibitant one coat of nitrozinc primer care should be taken to see that the zinc rich primer coated should make an unbrocken continous film on the bars. After cleaning the bar applying one coat of bonding agent Nitobond A R/SBR.measurement is calculated as in the previous case.Including cost of meterials,labour charges,conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.

OD124175/2022-2023:Providing seperate Scaffolding for demolishing and repairing of ceiling of new block ceiling and 3.00 m height by using bamboo pols, wooden runners and planks approximate 10.00 m length and 2.00 m wide. The bamboo pole are providing 1.00 m intervels in both length wise and width wise direction and tying the verticals to horizondals and braces by using coire rope, and fixing planks for working the labours etc complete . including cost and conveyance of all meterials and all labour charges etc complete.

14.72:Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .
