Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe /Cables etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/oose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strating point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in tenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring/Drilling (Horizontally) manually/mechanically under existing road (Maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, PCC cable cover, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply and fix in repair Cable jointing kit for 11KV Earthed grade cable for Outdoor End termination Heat shrink type complete with Jointing material and acceesseries suitable for 3 core are XLPE armoured at conductor cable of size 120 sq mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply , Installation , testing and Commissioning in replacement of Oil immersed 33KV CT Outdoor type of Insulation level 36 KV/70KV/ 170 KVP , short Circuit with stand Current for 1 sec 18.4 of Ratio : 100/50/1 – 1 A , class – 5P, Burden – 10/15 VA , Confirming to IS: 2705

Supply , Installation , testing and Commissioning in replacement of Oil immersed 33KV CT Outdoor type of Insulation level 36 KV/70 KV/ 170 KVP , 33KV/√3/110V/√3/110V/√3 of burden : 10/20 VA, Class : 5 P , Confirming to IS : 2705. Make: Savio Transformers or of equivalent make as approved by GE from the list of approved makes as specified and directed.

Supply , Installation , testing and Commissioning in replacement of 11 KV Air Break Gang Operating Switch 800 Amps with 3 insulators rocking type composite Polymer type double stack and handle including 25 mm dia 3.25 mm thickness GI pipe for linking .

Supply, filling in, dehydration and filtration of new transformer oil, having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV (rms) with gap of 2.5 mm, conforming to IS: 335-1993, for topping up /replacement of transformer oil complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to battery charger with automatic float/boost change over suitable for charging of 110 Volts Battery Bank comprising of 55 Nos of 2 Volts,120 AH VRLA Type Batteries by removing from existing position,dismanteling of parts,periodic maintenance servicing of battery charger, rewinding of transformer with super enamelled copper wires of existing size including provision of all insulating materials and varnishing as per OEM's specifications,adjustment of short circuit & overload protections, FCBC system,contactors,relays etc.,replacement of Ammeter,Voltmeter, Indicators etc. including replacement of all internal wirings and control wirings as per OEM's specifications,re-fixing in original position,testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work shall be carried out through Authorised & Qualified agencies as approved by the Engineer in Charge.

Disconnecting all electrical connections form Control Room (MRS), taking down carefully parts (such as fixed contract, moving contact,spring with Teflon insert, phase coupler rod,rocker system with nylon bushes,arcing horn etc.) of switches air break,gang operated,triple pole,current rating up to 400 Amp,33000 Volts Grade,vertical/horizontal mounted,servicing lifting/ drawing mechanism by lubricating with petroleum jelly,readjustment of connection mechanisms, reconnection,commissioning and testing after repairs,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red-oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for relaying in replacement of old RCC slab of cable duct of size as per site , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 80mm Bore (dia) ‘Light Grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for painting of steel tubular pole 11 mtr long, including cross arms bracing supports etc complete by applying two coat of synthetic enamelled paint (colour will be chose by EIC) after surface preparation, marking of pole numbers and making 3 Nos of black colour strip 30 cm wide on equal distance from coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in Charge.

Supply & Fix syntheic mat of size 2m x 1m x 3 mm including taking out old Unseveciable Syntheic mat all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration and testing of combined inverse time over current and intstantaneous relay, checking and cleaning / decarbonising its moving and fixed contacts and ensure physical healthyness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault, adjusting tripping time, flag setting, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting etc as per installed capacity of transformer to be saved on maximum, short circuit current in accordance with percentage impedance of transformer with artificial current injection on primary side with current injection machine of HT VCB,s complete all as specified and directed . Note : Spares / meters shall be measured and paid seperatly. The contractor should submit the Calibration certificate.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board in replacement CPRI approved, outdoor type, factory made fabircated to CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thickness size not less than (1.5x1.0x0.6)m, angle iron of size 50X50X6mm thick frame workand tee section (frame) of suitable size double door front/rear opening and locking arrangement, floor mounted on plateform of suitable size, Al bus bar chamber (enclosed) incl rust free spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer mounted on PCC blocks, fixed with grouted bold, nuts and washer and making complete connection in all recpects as diected by engr-in-charge comprising of following accessories:- BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos alluminium 400 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc.

Supply & Fix chain link fencing 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, with 3.14 mm dia galvanized steel wire, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, straining fixed to angle iron post including securing or tying with GI MS wire, staples etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repalcement of air extractor equipment , steel/aluminium body AC single Phase. 230V of size 600mm with, blades, and frame for substation bldg all complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing painting,preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on prepared surfaces of steel structures in switch yard up to PCC base including cross arms, bracings,clamps etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted exposed steel surfaces of transformer2000 KVA , 33/11 KV transformers in situ by spray painting, after preparation of surface, including writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high, stops commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc.for marking SM/MES No, Capacity etc. for the transformers, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of suitable size, stringing properly on insulators/ post and binding with aluminum tape / binding with conductors, jumpers etc incl dismantling and taking down old unsv ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 2.4 meter below normal ground level connected to Copper strip of size 32x6 mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of tinned brass, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) for protection of copper strip all as directed including earth test point of gun metal or phoshorus bronze size of 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex and cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering,including supplying and laying of charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers and filling earth pit with fresh vegetable soil below GI plate and above upto ground level as required and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed.
