Excavation in foundation for retaining,breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of sur plus material as per direction of engineer- in- charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum& 60%1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.as per drawing sand technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Filling Pot- holes and Patch Repairs with - Bituminous concrete, 40mm. (Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2)Grading-II 13mm (Nominal size)

Kilometre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703200 m stone (precast)

Construction of Cell filled cement concrete (M30) pavement, using a formwork of plastic cells made from High density polyethylene (HDPE) or low density polyethylene (LDPE), each cell having a dimension of 150 mm × 150 mm × 100 mm, laid on a prepared sub-base, with cement conforming to Clause 1501.2A, of coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, with maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, so as to achieve a 28 days characteristic strength of 30 MPa. The formwork of plastic cells shall be kept under tension using removable iron spikes of adequate sizes of about 200 mm length each and nylon. There are to keep the cells in position. The operation shall include mixing and spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation, including provision of concrete kerbs on both sides of the subbase for containment and protection of the carriage way. Suitable approved admixtures may also be used. The finished cell filled shall be finished to lines grade as per drawing and Technical Specification along with curing the concrete with water complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance under PBMC for (1)Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/Berms and disposing of the same to suitable locations as per technical specification clause 1914. (2)Maintenance of road side drain including minor slip clearence reshaping, deepening and regrading as well as catch water drains as per technical specification clause 1907. (3)Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal points as per technical specification clause 1903 (4)Maintenance of scuppers & culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repair to crack, parapet walls and protection works as per technical specification clause 1908. (5)Maintenance of Causeway by way of minor surface repairs, replacing guide posts, repair of fixed gauges, removal of debris providing boulders and protection works and painting as per technical specification clause 1909. (6)Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910. (7)Maintenance of 200 metre, km stones, by way of refixing of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 meter, km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912. (8)Repairing of pot holes by removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface and providind tack coat bitumen emulsion and patch repair with 20 mm thick premix carpeting and type B seal coat using biyumen bitumen emuision(in 3rd and 5th year) (9)Two coat White washing on parapet walls of CD work, edge stones, tree truncks and prominent rocks, patches on hill sides including preparation of surface by cleaning scrapping etc. as per Technical specification Clause 191.
