Restoration of ram damages on various roads under Sub-Division No. IV HP PWD Mandi (Majhwar Section) (Sub Head Hiring of J.C.B. for removal of slips, clearing of debris, drans and dressing of berms etecetra)

Hiring of J.C.B. of 1.00 cum. (one cubic metre) bucket capacity for removal of slips, clearing of debris,cleaning of drains, dressing of berms etcetera from various sites of work with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etcetera happened during the course of hiring period shall be absolute responsibility of the J.C.B. owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The fuel and J.C.B. operator and stay for J.C.B. operator will be the responsibility of J.C.B. owner. The repair and spare including watch and ward of J.C.B. will also be born by the contractor/owner. The daily log book must be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conditions:-

i) The intending bidders must have ownership of JCB in their name and copy of RC must be uploaded online as a proof.

ii) The JCB must be placed near site of work as per BOQ and must be available along with operator within 15-30 minutes of intimation of road closure.

iii) The hours of contractor will not be counted or taken in record if he/she stations his/her machinery anywhere else except as (ii) above.

iv) The bidder must note that if he puts his bid for more than two works, he must have JCB's/ machinery in his ownership to open the roads, otherwise tender will be cancelled and he/she will be debarred from participating in future tenders under this division either for six months or one year.
