Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 meteres disposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable neatly dressing the surface complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil containing spade work , blasting work, jumper workincluding decomposed hard and soft rocks etc. with all lifts,stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the same in 15 cm. layers whenever required in sides of foundation and plinth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and than desposing of all surplus excavated soil with in all lead and lifts, complete in all respects and as directed by The Engineer-Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 6: 12 (1cement :6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in : Foundation and plinth, complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Random Rubble Masonery/Polygonal Rubble Masonery (Uncoursed/brought to masonery (Uncoursed/brought to courses) with Hard Stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with Cement Concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement :6 Sand:12 graded up with cement concrete 1:6:12 Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in Cement Mortal 1:6 (1Cement :6 Sand) in breastwalls and retaining walls complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement :6 Sand) First Class Bricks complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Half Brick Masonery in Common Burnt Clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement :4 Sand) First Class Bricks complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Steel work welded in built up Section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle, tee flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

15 mm cement plaster in singal coat on rough side of brick/Concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Finishing wall with water proofing Cement Paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two Coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 4: 8 (1cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding size cost of form work in : Foundation and Plinth.

Brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in Super Structure in :- Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement :4 Sand) First Class Bricks complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing and laying Rainforced cement concrete 1: 2: 4 (1cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete but excluding the cost of form work in :- Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and balconies, beams, girders, bressumers their support and contilever upto floor two level Complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing Mild Steel/Tor Steel reinforcement fpr R.C.C. work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by The Engineer-Incharge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give afair finish including centring, shuttering, sturtting and propping with wooden ballies etc.the height of propping and centring from supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr. and removal of the same for insitu R.C.C. and plain concrete work in: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters butteresses, Plinth and String courses etc. complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, wimdows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position Sal Wood complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing & Fixing Panelled Glazed or Panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clear story windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 2 nd Class Deodar Wood Complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Wall painting (onecoat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt grease, loose pieces of scale complete in all respect, including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Extra over item No. 19 as per for every sub sequent coat of wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Providing and Laying heavy dutyprecast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25 mm thick average cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 sand of thickness) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (sub 80 mm thick inter locking blocks) complete in all respect , including of all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
