M & L for preparing newly plastered Ceiling surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on ceiling by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
