Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in framing, purlin using section such as angle, hollow pipes , flats , etc using Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F IInd class hard wood as in scantling, clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection /hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding , laid in panels, finished the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:6) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kajaria (premier quality)/Orient(Bell)/ Somany.

All as per item No. 9 above but as in skirting/dado over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 450x 300 x 7mm in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. M&L Light shade Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles upto and including 0.36 Sqm, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:6) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. (Make : kajaria (premier quality)/ Orient(Bell)/ Somany).

All as per item No. 14 above but as in skirting/dado over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18 to 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling AC (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets/ galvalume sheet in roof covering including ridge of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge , Gutter, Gable flashing, corner flashing etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards including cover fillets of any descrition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick 'E' board non asbestos type of size 595mmX595mm any colour and designer type as approved by GE and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated GI snap grid 600mm x 600mm size using wall angle 25mm x 25mm, main T 32 x 20mm, cross T 25 x 20mm fixed in ceiling with suitable arrangement such as 4 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6mm thick PVC heavy grade hollow profile designer panel of approved quality and design in wall panelling for including all beadinds, matching pvc angles at wall / window corrners complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6mm thick PVC hollow profile designer panel of approved quality and design for false ceiling fixed over and including rectanguler aluminium section 40mm x25mmx0.5mm thick frame work,hanging arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of steel surface and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) any type of soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out,and removing soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in Foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1.5mm thick fibre glass reinforced plain transculant sheet any colour as approved and fixed to framing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
