(WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Materials and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint to newly plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of cement primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified ad directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces on roof in CM (1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50Kg of cement complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick, with out ball bearing, as specified including guide channel, 2 Nos SS spring, shaft pipe, top cover, hood cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated push pull or manual type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, syphonic action type, any shade, dual flush, ISI marked with flush pipe, complete with all fixing arrangements.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bib taps 15 mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as directed.

S&F Stop valves 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) and fixing with 'S' trap with vent horn complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified.

SCHEDULE A PART-III (EXT ELECT) Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with standard aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ duct/ on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, bricks & sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with standard aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ duct/ on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, bricks & sand cushioning shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply installation, commissioning and testing, including providing all necessary electrical connection, LT feeder pannel boad (CPRI Approved), outdoor type, double door, compartmentlaised type, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet of size 600mm (height) x 500 mm (width) x 300 mm (depth) having hinge opening arrangement in front and back side and bottom frame made out of angle iron of size 50x50x6mm thick and 04 nos legs 0.5 meter length with cable entry and exit circular hole with cable gland & gasket at bottom complete including painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint with duly fixed in ground with necessary PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitereous enamelled (white), with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc complete and comprising of the following accessories including necessary excavation work for taking out cable loop and refilling the trenches all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge :- (a) TP&N solid Aluminium Bus Bars, rated 200 amps supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil etc n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of pipe, cable etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for dry sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying & stretching of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Only punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for boring holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manual tools for inserting and including GI pipe of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks well burnt, best quality locally available laid flat with width equal to length of the brick in trenches over sand cushioning for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IV (Fire Hydrant System) : Supply and Install Electric Driven Jockey pump horizontal end suction centrifugal type Confirming to IS-12469 : 1988 with CI casing, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for automatic operation with non over loading power characteristics for frequent start/stop operations for 440V, 3 phase, 50 Hz 70m head 180 LPM discharge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Install Electric Driven Booster pumps for 440V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz confirming to IS-12469 : 1988 with CI Casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz suitable for delivering 2280 LPM, 70 meter head, 2900 RPM testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Install Fire Pump diesel engine driven horizontal end suction, centrifugal type confirming to IS-12469 : 1988 with CI casing, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for continuous operation with range of operation 0% to 150% of rated capacity 70m head, 2280 LPM, 1800 RPM testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS flanged pipe 150mm NB heavy duty for multi storied building duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix fire hydrant landing valve type B (double head outlet) of 63 mm dia conforming to IS-5290 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, erecting & commissioning Fire Hose cabinet comprising of internal hydrant. a) 63mm dia instantaneous pattern single headed oblique hydrant valve with gun metal cap, GI chain twist release type plug. b) 2 lengths of 15mtrs. 63mm dia reinforced rubber lined hose with instantaneous male and female coupling. c) 1 no gun metal branch pipe with nozzle (63mm x 20mm) with Gunmetal gate/ ball valve (20mm) d) Two keys in recess type compartment for break glass

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of first aid fire hose reel wall mounting swinging type complete with drum, bracket, 20mm dia. 30m long high pressure hose reel tubing with gunmetal shutoff nozzel confirming to IS:8090-1976. The hose reel shall be as per IS:884-1985.

Supply and fix 150mm bore cast iron non return valve with flanged ends heavy duty (IS-5312) class PN 1.6 drilled holes for bolt including necessary rubber gasket joint with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L construction of valve pit chamber (Masonry) of size 90 cm X 90 cm X 90 cm depth (Internal dimension) with sub class 'B' brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 as in bedding 10 mm thick, PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 in coping 10 mm thick including (40 X 40 X 6) mm MS angle iron frame, 3 mm thick MS cover plate with locking arrangement and painting to all steel/surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including sruface preparation and necessary earth work and removal of spoil/rubbish upto a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and levelling as directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base of pole or in any suitable complete all as specified and directed.
