Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge: All kinds of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.: All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) includingattached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.: Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing tripple wall Polycarbonate sheet, 10mm thick, multi UV protected, of make LEXAN/MACROLON or equivalent, in roof upto any pitch, including fixing. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tepping screws with EPDM seal including Aluminium profiles and EDPM gaskets on joints. The cost of Aluminium profiles shall be paid separately. Aluminium tape on free ends of sheet to be applied to prevent ingress of moisture in sheet. All joints to be sealed with Silicon of approved quality.

Providing and fixing Double wall Polycarbonate sheet, 8 mm thick, multi UV protected, of make LEXAN/MACROLON or equivalent, in roof upto any pitch, including fixing. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tepping screws with EPDM seal including Aluminium profiles and EDPM gaskets on joints. The cost of Aluminium profiles shall be paid separately. Aluminium tape on free ends of sheet to be applied to prevent ingress of moisture in sheet. All joints to be sealed with Silicon of approved quality.

Providing and fixing LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polythene) pipe 16mm 2.5kg/sqcm pressure including fitting etc. Of approved brand & manufacture complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing cellulose pad (Cell dex) 4" thick (imported) for cooling system complete in all respects.

P/f PVC pipe 50 mm nominal dia of pressure 4 kg/ sqm including fitting etc. complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc.: Internal work - Exposed on wall:20 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.: Circular tank

Providing and fixing G.I. sheet frame for cellulose pads in U shape complete in all respects including moulding to required size and shape.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :100 mm

Providing and fixing Gun metal gate valve 20mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing Aluminium profiles/moulding in required section for roofing work. The wt. Of actual section fixed shall be taken for payment.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.: 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).: Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

P/f Super clean filter of metal body IS 12785 having capacity of 15m3/hr of 1.5" dia inlet & outlet or cleaning/screening of small particles of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respects.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed ISI medium class PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI/ PVC Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Providing & fixing following rating & breaking capacity and pole MCCB in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connection, etc. as required.
