M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls upto 4th floor including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean & tidy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean & tidy complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean & tidy all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper (as approved by GE) and to be applied only by the authorised applicator of manufacturer (as approved by GE) complete including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean & tidy all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of priming paint over 2mm thick birla white cement putty on walls and ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (block, roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high on building with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifiied and directed.

Cutting down vegitation growth like plants/trees of girth n.exc.15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall junctions, at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots embedded in walls/slab surfaces and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints of that affected location and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal medicine) to arrest further growth and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 with addition of WPC and treating the surface to match with the adjoining surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for serial Item No 10.00 (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffolding/staging etc. (b) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes / specials damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seapage free joint . Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost for replacement of damaged specials.
