Re-fixing the dismantled barbed wire and new barbed wire along the boundary wall in New Campus, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Fixing existing Barbed wire: a) Fixing existing barbed wire lying along the boundary wall. The length of barbed wire fixed at location will be measured for billing purposes. b) It includes all required for the work such as tools, tackles, locking GI clips & ladder. (Refer photos in NIT under Annexure-I.)

Providing & fixing new GI Barbed wire (12x14 SWG) (2 Strand wires): a) It includes removing the existing barbed wires, which found weak, brittle & that cannot be re-fixed to the position safely. Such barbed wire to be replaced with new ones. b) Dismantled barbed wires to be shifted to scrap yard as shown by Engineer In-charge. c) Providing and fixing new barbed wire of (12x14 SWG) (2 Strand wires) with minimum 100 GSM zinc coating. d) The length of barbed wire fixed at location will be measured for billing purpose. e) No extra given for wastages. f) It includes all required for the work such as tools, tackles, locking GI clips & ladder. (Refer photos in NIT under Annexure-I.)

Re-fixing existing Y-shape angle over boundary wall pillar: a) Dislocated Y-shape MS angle to be re-fixed at location over masonary pillar maintaining the existing profile in true plumb and line with adjacent angles. Masonary work of pillar upto height 1.25 feet & surrounding masonary if any required to be consider under this item. b) It includes removing dislocated masonry and concrete around the angle and re-fixed it in position. If angle is bend and cannot be fit at the location, then the new angle will be provided by IIMA. c) Cement concrete (1:2:4) to be done to hold angle and peripherial brick masonry along with pointing finish as per existing. d) It includes working on all heights and levels with necessary scaffolding or stagging. e) Curing to be done for atleast seven days. (Refer photos in NIT under Annexure-I.)
