RequiredInsurance Surety Bond Account Payee Demand Draft Fixed Deposit Receipt Banker s Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by a Commercial Bank against EMD, EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, Goa Central Division, CPWD, Goa.

RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, including NIT issuing EE CPWD.

RequiredGST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. lf the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredCopy of pan card of the Agency or sole proprietor

RequiredCopy of Taxi operating License issued by RTO, Goa or equivalent or higher authority

RequiredCopy of Registration Certificate (RC) of the commercial vehicle (s) car (s) which bidder propose to deploy for above service, (Vehicle shall be in the name of the Bidder) insurance coverage, PUC.

RequiredUndertaking that the vehicle to be deployed is confirming to BS VI standard

RequiredName of the Driver (s) whom bidder propose to deploy for above service and attested copies of their driving license and badge. Valid insurance documents of the vehicle.
