Cutting in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work,chiselling work and then disposing of all surplus excavated with in all lead and lifts.and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5:sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall, the size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

PUMPING MACHINERY Raw water stage: Providing and installation of suitable raw water submersible pumpset type KRT capable of handling 6000 PPM turbidity of KSB make conforming to latest BIS IS 8034:1989 code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS 5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft . The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

NOTE:- Actual laying to be done as per final drawings to be approved by the Engineer in charge.

e) MCB/Oil circuit breaker of suitable capacity of Kilburn/LT/LK/MEI/Standard make on in coming feeder for motors offered by the tenderer conforming to BIS 2516-1985 latest with upto date ammendments with neutral linked under voltage release.

a) OCB/MCCB of MEI/Havels/ standard make and of suitable capacity for offered motor on incoming feeder with or without initial oil filling as the case may be with neutral linked under voltage released as per relevent IS code with upto date ammendments

b) Earth leakage circuit breaker of recommended make (Kilburn/L&T/MEI/GEC) as per IS:2516:1977 with upto date ammendments of suitable range which should have control box, operation, handle and trip/reset bush button on/off indicators, re-indicating off spring condition of the ciruit breaking for cover current protection. The circuit should be equipped with magnet thermal release with metallic tap etc, it should also be fitted with earth fault for tripping of breaker on occurnce of earth fault on off breaker load side end.

c) The voltage monitor relay of AE/MEI/L&T / Havells make three phase with all protection and usual indicator and electric siren against single phasing,low voltage,high voltage, reverse phasing, over loading and phase voltage difference as per IS:3482 (latest edition)

f) 3 phase indicating lamps complete with toggle switches for individual motors conforming to BIS 3452 part I & II latest with up to date ammendments.

g) Earth leakage circuit breaker of recommended (Kilburn/L&T/MEI/GEC as per BIS-2516-1977 with upto date ammendments and of suitaible range with which should have control box, operating handle and trip/reset bush button on/ off indicators, re-indicating off spring condition of the circut breaker for over current protection. The circuit should be equipped with magnet thermal release with metallic tap CTS. It should also be fitted with earth fault for tripping of breaker on occurance of earth fault on/ off breaker load side.

h) Hour run meter of reputed make of four digit capacity conforming to BIS-722(latest edition) recommendations.

i) Suitable three phase voltage monitor relay with all protections & usual indicators with electrical sirens against single phasing, no voltage, high voltage & overloading & phase voltage difference.

Change over switch of reputed make & suitable capacity.

j) Single phase preventor of reputed make & suitable capacity

Providing double flanged CI sluice valve PN1 of Leader/BHEL/Kirlosker/GLEd/Kilburn Fourses / Kartar make and equal to dia of suction pipe and capable of withstanding the normal seat pressure as per IS:780:1984 with upto date ammendments

Providng double flanged cast steel sluice valves ASA-300 of leader/BHEL Kirlosker/Kilburn GLED/ fourses make and one step higher then delivery line of pump and capable of withstanding the normal seat pressure and as per BIS standards with upto date ammdnements

Providing double flanged swing type cast steel valve, ASA-300 of Leader/BHEL/ Kirlosker/Kilburn /GLEd/Fourses make and having bye pass arrangements of one step higher then delivery line of pump and capable of withstanding normal seat pressure as per BIS standards with upto date amnmendments)

Providing double flanged cast steel reflux valves class ASA-300 of Leader/ BHEL/ KILROSKER/ KILBURN /GLED/ FOURSES make and of 100 mm dia having bye pass arrangements for rising main and capable of withstanding normal seat pressure as per BIS standards with upto date ammendments.

Providing and laying copper PVC insulated armoured power cable (One cable carrying all the three phases) of suitable size and capacity to motors and all other electircal equipments as per IS:1554(P-I) 1988 or latest ith upto date ammendments of siemens/GLOSTER /IEC/ICC/EICO/NATIONAL/GRANDLAY make including all other accessories such as thinbles, flexible pipes,solders,nuts and bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor.

Supply & errection of floor/wall mounted power factor shunt capacitor conforming to BIS 2834-1986 latest with upto date ammendments BHEL/GEC/Machneil/ Mager/Bajaj make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually,of required KVAR according to HP of motor offered including cable Siemens/ Gloster/ICC make from busbar chamber to capacitor & also including LT/LK/Kilburn make ICTP switches conforming to BIS 4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses (Range to be specified by the tenderer.

Supply and erection of standarad make 100 mm dia circular dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/ Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.

Errection of all items 50.01 to 50.10 and 61.01 to 62.08 i/c cost of TEEs,Bends,tapes and any other fittings required as per site conditions and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
