Dismantling disposal work and of various buildings structures and sheds falling in Vadodara area under C5 package on as is where is basis for Mumbai Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project

Dismantling of building structures such as single and Multi storey buildings, Open/ covered sheds including of all fitting, fixtures, grills, Doors, Windows, Frames and shutters, Rolling shutters, Plumbing pipes, electrical cables & fittings, all boundary wall, partitions etc. all complete on as is where is basis in Vadodara ,with contractor’s own labour, material, equipment and tools and plants, consumables and disposal of all materials (serviceable and unserviceable) outside the Railway limit and handed over of debris free and levelled site up to existing ground level to NHSRCL all complete as per directions of the Engineer in Charge. (i) The rate shall be for performing following activities and other activites as per the conditions of contract - Total Dismantling cost for all floors including all operations for removing the material for all lifts and leads. Nothing will be paid extra for all lead, lift and transporting the debris outside railway limit. (ii) Removal and disposal of the debris/ serviceable/ unserviceable materials obtained after dismantling. (iii) All saftey precautions during dismantling and shifting of materials to be taken by contractor. The bidders are advised to visit the site and satisfy themselves regarding location and physical status of building structures and overall scope of work of this item. (Contractor to ensure that no excavation/dismantling is done beyond existing ground level and no adjacent, near by structures, no road/rail traffic are damaged or disturbed during work). a. Dismantling of One staging of RCC Overhead tank near PF 07 area on as is where is basis with all stairs etc. complete up to existing ground level. including clear of one up to existing ground level as per direction of Engineer In-charge. (i) Dismantling cost including all operations for removing the material for all lifts and leads. Nothing will be paid extra for all lead, lift and transporting the debris outside railway limit. (ii) Removal and disposal of the debris/ serviceable/ unserviceable material obtained after dismantling. (iii) All saftey percaution during dismantling and shifting to be taken by contractor. (ii) Removal and disposal of the debris/ serviceable/ unserviceable material obtained. (iii) All saftey percaution during above work to be taken by contractor.
