Repair to potholes any depth, not exc. 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for using paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-10) and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10sqm on pot hole surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparing the existing / new black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with mechanical / blower / broomer and finally fanning the surfaces with gunny bags / mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming tack coat with pressure sprayer using rapid setting bitumen cationic emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS-8887/ASTMD-2397/IRC:16-2008 @ 3.00Kg per 10.00 Sqm over existing or new bituminous macadam / black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % binder content by using paving bitumen (Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gardient with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4 (d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Pt-I. (ii) No price shall be applicable if excess quanity of binder content is used from the approved design mix. However price adjustment shall be made for less quanity of binder is used.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound mecadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with mechanical broomer and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts and applying evenly a priming coat with pressure sprayer using slow setting bitumen cationic emulsion (SS-1) confirming to IS-8887/ASTMD-2397/IRC:16-2008 @ 10.00 Kg per 10.00 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for laying premixed bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness (75 mm or less) with paving bitumen any penetration rolled and compected to required camber and gradient using binder (bitumen VG-30) content 4.0 % by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The specifications of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Pt-I

M&L for marking of bituminous roads over centre / edge line, speed breakers, etc continious or broken by using thermoplastic paint (as per ASTM D36/BS-3292 Part-I as approved by GE) (Hot application) white / yellow by indiginous modern propeller road marking machine with a single coat of 2.5 mm thick as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, including cost of conveyance, all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inters pillars, pigments as per Morth specification clause83.4.2.3 be sprayed at the rate of 250 gm / sqm in succession the rate to include cost of all other materials, labour charges for mixing the ingredients to the required temprature, cleaning the road surface, premarking cautionary sign boards, red flags, traffic cones as per traffic rules, to provide the safeguard of newly marking paints complete all as specified and as directed
