M&L for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate 900 mmx600 mm x5 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 4.0 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 2.85 m below normal ground level connected to and including copper strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper/brass including providing of alternate layer from bottom edge to 30cm above top edge of earth plate by chemical fill compound, ground enhancing material, earth powderand after that 1 m back of layer of charcoal dust and common salt including PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to main control board all as specified and testing on completion. Note: (i) Excavation, earthwork, charcoal, PCC pit is covered under this item. (ii) Earth continuity conductor beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Contractor shall be produced the result of earth below 1 Ohm othrewise earthing will not be acceptable.

Note:- (i) Cable may be laid in trenches, under road, across the Nallah, along poles/walls and ducts etc. (ii) Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, cable cover, pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out for laying underground cable in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry tibba sand in trenches for cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling, hand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid by dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exc 10mm over under gound cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Excavation earthwork charcoal PCC pit is covered under this item including taking out existing earth plate etc. complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip 32 x 6mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
