Earth work in excavation for structures in all kind of soil as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness and finishing the road to specified dimension as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting by manual means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed of stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 405 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting by manual means 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness broken /crushed stone aggregate of size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) nominal size Grading-III to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cum(zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout over prepared base consisting of single Layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates, key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grade and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) as per technical spacification clause 505 by manual mean bitumen-VG-10 (VG ten) including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals or as per the directiones of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate including of octroi, royality, GST, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg. (zero point two seven five kilogram per Square metre on the prepared Bitumen surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 503 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying 30mm thick (Thirty millimetre) bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.50%(five point fifty) per cent by weight of total of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects or as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
