The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. (As per Railway Board letter no. 2022/CE-I/CT/GCC-2022/Policy dated 14/07/2022)

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, Or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, Or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

SIMILAR WORK DEFINITION:"The work of manufacturing or supply or maintenance or examination of Rolling stock for Indian Railways / Public Sector Undertakings."

The bidder has to submit the documents (with seal & signature of authorized person, if mentioned) which are mandatory/required a s p e r conditions mentioned a t relevant Para o f NIT o r tender document o r G C C o f latest edition. Non submission of any mandatory/required documents by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

It should be noted by tenderer that he has to strictly follow the instructions given in the provisions of Para 111A (ii) (relevant Annexure) & 68-T of Factories act, 1948 (relevant Annexure) and as mentioned in relevant applicable Para of this tender document. For this, necessary documentation related to provision of training & certification etc. should be done by tenderer for the engaged labours prior to the issuance of Gate pass. Failing of which, Gate pass for the work will not issued. Also, tenderer should note that during submission of his bid, he should take inclusion of all the cost in his bid which will be incurred for successful applicability of instructions which are given in the provisions of Para 111A(ii) & 68-T of Factories act, 1948 and as mentioned in relevant applicable Para of this tender document.
