Supply and fix LED building security light fitting 30 watts protection comprises of a pressure die, cast aluminium housing, polycarbonate cover, high power LED with lenses, 10KV built-in-surge protection, electronic driver, etc. and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up with PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core as required for connections and 25 mm bore light grade GI tube mounting bracket of 1.5 metre in length, bend to shape at 140 degree in ‘L’ shape and fixed to wall by means flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 1.6mm thick Hylum sheet, cut to suitable size, cutting holes for fixing switches, regulators, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB DB double door made of sheet steel phosphates, powder coated painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and rail double door type SPN 240 volts 8 way fixed concealed/ recessed having IP-43 protection including cement mortar 1:3 for making good to disturbed surface match with existing surface including colouring complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB 20 Amps single pole having breaking capacity 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm size as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of GI or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point, testing, (Earthing shall be interconnected) including necessary excavation, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 cover reinforced with 8mm TMT bars 100 mm c/c in both ways at, salt, charcoal, removal of surplus soil etc. including taking out old earth plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for inspecting all ceiling fans including down rod, S or D hook, tightening of screws/pins, capacitor, any other loose parts, renewing burnt wires, wrapping all joints with insulation tape complete, and DBs including tightening of screws, MCBs, any other loose parts, replacing burnt wires, wrapping all joints with insulation tape and registering details all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Two/ three ceiling fans will be in a dwelling unit. (ii) Common DB/individual DB of each Qtrs shall shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Meter boards/connections also deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and Labour for pouring of salted water in to each earth pit through water pipe, minimum of 100 Litres dissolved with 5 Kgs of common salt to each earth pits / electrodes at various sub stations / buildings for improving the earth conditions, all as specified and as directed. Note: - The contractor has to arrange water and transport to various sub stations / installations for the above purpose and Testing of Earth resistance of Electrical earthings of various types, at various Buildings/Sub stations by using digital type Electrical earth Tester instruments, registering the test results in the prescribed Performa including cleaning the earth chamber, identifying the earth lead wire, testing and writing by paint the test results, date of testing etc. on the chambers all as specified and as directed. (The job/test will be carried out in the presence of department staff and details registered)

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket etc) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, lamp holder etc. re-fixing removed fittings and making good the disturbed surface of wall to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub-main wiring of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down DB of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe or cable duct from meter room to the various floors of multi-storey building, up to 10th floor,1100 volt grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel or tape and over all PVC sheathed 16 sqmm 4core wire including taking up/down old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only electronic Fan regulator stepped type flush type suitable for existing ceiling fans fixed on phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd and as directed.

Notes: - (i)Wiring shall be carried out in multi storeyed building up to 12th floor and rate for transportation of materials and tools are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included for the cost of minor items like insulation tape, screws, etc. (iii) The materials required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (iv) Complaints lodged by Users shall be attended on all days including Sundays/holidays. (v) Minimum one electrician and one mate shall be detailed for one set of complaints, with all required tools in neat tool bag. (vi) The tradesmen shall wear uniforms with safety shoes including all necessary safety gear. (vii) Complaints/job cards shall be collected from complaint cell and trade man shall submit the feedback of complaints within two days, if fails to attend the complaint in prescribed time, penalty of Rs. 500 per complaint per day will be recovered for any non-attended /incomplete assigned complaints.
