NOTE FOR ALL :- 1) RATES QUOTED SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES, CESS, LEVIES INCLUDING GST AS APPLICABLE.IF RATES QUOTED BY BIDDER UNDER ANY ITEM / SUBITEM IS FOUND LESS THAN THE PREVALENT STATUATORY RATES SUCH BIDS SHALL BE DECLARED NON BONAFIDE. 2) ANY VARIATION IN TAX ( INCL VARIATION IN GST RATE )SHALL BE ADJUSTED AND REIMBURSED TO/RECOVERED FROM THE CONTRACTOR. 3) PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE ONLY AFTER SUBMISSION OF VALID AND AUTHENTIC DOCUMENT IN SUPPORT OF HAVING PAID THE REQUISITE AMOUNT ( OF WAGES, EPF, BONUS& ESIC) TO ALL WORKMEN/CONCERNED DEPARTMENT. 4) MONTHLY WAGES SHALL BE PAID BY THE CONTRACTOR TO WORKMEN ONLY ONLINE . PROOF OF STATUATORY DEDUCTION IN FAVOUR OF WORKERS SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO GE. CONTRACTOR HAS TO SUBMIT VALID LABOUR LICENSE FROM LABOUR COMMISSIONER WITHIN 15 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. 5) .IF RATES QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR WORKS OUT TO MORE THAM TWO DIGITS AFTER DECIMAL THEN SAME WILL BE ROUNDED OFF IN ACCORDANCE TO IS 02 OF 1960 (REVISED 2016) OF BISNOTE FOR SCHEDULE 'A' (BOQ) Maintenance and operation of submersible pumping set at Army Pump House of capactity upto 45 HP by operating the installed machinery and equipment i.e . Altoch GP chlorine dosing plant, LT pannel, Voltage stabilizers,DG Sets, ATS starters and its connected accessories in a shift of 08 hours round the clock for the type/capacity of pumping sets in each shift including operation of control valves and rectifying minor defects (like gland leaking,loose nut & bolt, inspection of panel, etc ) for smooth and trouble free operation (Consider 03 shift in a day by deploing pump operator (Semi skilled)) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Manpower to be provided : 03 Semi Skilled per day NOTE-: (a).Cleaning of entire area pump house and cutting of grass from the Roots & keeping permises in hygine condition . (b). Duty Roster shall be prepared in advance for each month duly signed by the duty contractor & Engineer in Charge & display in each pump house showing the person on duty in each shift including the reliever for off duty as per Labour Act. (c). Operation & maint of chlorine dosing pump to ensure super chlorination of water. (d).Operation of DG Set in case of failure of Elect supply . (e). Operation & maint of all plants such as iron removal , chlorine dozer etc including back washing to get clean water. (f).Log sheets to be maintain of all equipiments pump house wise in standrad proforma to make record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (330 Daysx3 Shift) = 990

Providing outsourcing of services for running of electronic installation round the clock in 3 shifts each shif by deploying Skilled (Electricial) and Un-skilled tradesmen as per standard partices including carrying out periodical maintenance of installation and day to maintenance complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The details of installation for which the above outsourcing of services is to be carried out are as under :- Details of Installation :- Manpower to be provided : 03 Skilled and 03 Un-Skilled per day (a) MAIN RECEIVING STATION, COOCH BEHAR NOTE :- (i) Skilled operator should be technically qualified from a recognized ITI/NCT/VT institution etc. (ii) All deployed manpower for outsourcing of services shall perform the duty of 08 hours / shift on all working days and holidays for optimum of outsourcing of services as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Unit rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for smooth and efficient functioning of the plant / installation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Replacement of HT / LT fuse whenever required. (v) Keeping the installation premises clean and tidy by cutting all unwanted green growth, tree branches all around the power house and keep the opwer house in pre3sentable condition at all the times. (vi) Operation of respective installations are to maintain the all documents of installation such as daily long sheet, shut down register in power house and Daily / periodical maintenance register or any other documents as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of bloank documents to the operator is the responsibility of the contractor without any extra cost to the department. Operator has to deposit filled documents to the concerned JE E/M every month duly signed by the operator or as and when call for. (vii) Operator has to carry out daily checking and maintenance of all the equipments / machineries installed in the installations. Any part is required for replacement shall be intimated and collected from concern JE E/M. The operator must have adequate knowledge to carry out the above maintenance works. The contractor has to issue all tyhpe of tools and plants as required for the maintenance without any extra cost to the department and unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for the same.
