Wet Mix Macadam Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill ) , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers in sub base / base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting , barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc. as per Technical specification clause 406. By mechanical means in two layers 75mm thick each.

Prov. And applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of graunlar base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.0 K.g/sqm.

TACK COAT:-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 K.g/sqm

Providing and laying of hot mix dense bituminous macadam with batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed agreegate of specify grading premixed with bituminous binder minimum 4.5 % of mix with bitumen of grade VG-30 and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to thye required grade, level and allignmenmt, rolling with wheeled vibratory and tendom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per specification clause no. 505 complete in all respect.

Granular sub base/base/surface course with local materials by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surfaces mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired densitycomplete as per clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 407.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil upto all lead & lifts. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating Nos. deposited layers by rammeing and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a all leads and lifts in all kind of soils.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203.
