Rewinding

OD264922/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate motor in to stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new stator/rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running.
