(Intake Chamber) Excavation in foundation trenches in earth work lift up to 1.50 mtrs.Stacking the excavated soil not more then 3.00 clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. Layer when required in to plingth sides of foundation etc.Consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 Mtrs pick and jumper work.

P/L cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :2sand :8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation & plinth complete in all respect all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as toto give a fair finish I/c centering,shuttering &propping etc with wooden batten & ballies hight of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 Mtr and removal of the same insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-VERTICAL surface such as wall any thickness partition and the like partition and the like inluding attached plaster,butter-.esses plingth and string courseand the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1cement:1½sand :3graded stone aggrigate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in WALL ANY THICKNESS but not less than 0.10m thickness ) including attached pillasters ,buttresses,plinth and string courses etc. from thetop of foundation up to floor two level.

Providing mild steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two .level

Laying and jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube (medium grade) tube fitting (earth work in trenches to be mesured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing cast iron sluice valve (with hand wheel)PN-1 as per BIS 780-1984 latest with upto date amendment of following dia meters of standrad make complete in all respect with in all lead and lift.

Designing (aesthetically), Providing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 3.48 MLD capacity consisting of Civil works including Labouratory, Mechnical, Electrical and Instrumental Works including necessary hydraulic testing ,structural testing,equipment testing. The components such as site development,C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Compound Walls upto battery limits of WTP, Dewatering, Approach Road, Interconnecting paths, walkways, Storm Water Drains, Scouring arrangements, Beautification including all alied Works complete all alied Works complete as directed by engineer in charge. The Labouratory as per CPHEEO Manual shall be established at the WTP where seperate building for the same shall be constructed to house the labourtary equipments, office record including Furniture, office computer complete in all respects. Battery limit shall be considered as 3.00 mts from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less. the rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the intake system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work which includes Base line survey studies & Data collection, source studies, topographic survey, hydraulic design of entire water supply components of the project and Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular partially underground/Elevated storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe ,proper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Operation and maintenancce of scheme from source to Tail end of the scheme in proper working condition. O & M includes the regular i.e., daily supply of designed/required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply standard/protocol to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main storage/delivery tank, from source to Main sector storage tanks at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines. Gravity Lines, and entire distribution system alongwith maintenance of automised system of scheme and Silver - Ionization process or gaseous chlorination. Regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out/damaged part of pumping machinery ,treatment plant , pipe line, valves and electrical, Mechanical requirements, regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks, sumpwells, intakes, channels, collection/distribution channels/pump house etc. and the disposal of the same as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes fixing /repairing/leakage in structure, channel, pipe line, pumping machinery etc. & proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples . Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinery, removal of all kind of slips, slush, uprooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers/trees around the Water Treatment Plant /Storage tanks/ etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of procurement of edequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationary and any other material etc. required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment( with latest addition(, HPPWD/HPIPH specifications, HPIPH Department norms and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices.(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No.1.13)
