M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (Light colour) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 above but for work on vertical surface such as skirting, dado, and risers to steps etc laid over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L raised pointing to random rubble uncoursed stone masonry in CM 1:4 all as specified & directed
