Taking down cement plaster any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering in CM 1:6, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying three coats of white wash on new surfaces (wall) including all prepration of surfaces complete all as specified & directed

M&L for demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for demolition of brick work built in Cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except bricks.

M&L for rendering in CM 1:4 ,15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 M-40 grade laid over and including 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning as on path and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 40mm stone agg) as in plinth protection, path and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,moulds, mitred/stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Inner girht only be measured.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab for kicthen plateform, drain covers with plain fair faces, set in cement mortar(1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMTsteel deformed bar 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending hooking ends and binding with MS wire not less than 0.90 mm all as specified and directed.

Demolition of (unreinforced ) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation old concrete surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying One coat of synthetic enemelled paint including all preparation complete all as specified and directed.
