Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. : New work (Two or more coats)

Construction of embankment at OMC (98% of Modified Dry Density)by providing good earth conforming to specifications, carriage of material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using suitable low viscosity paving bitumen of VG 10 grade conforming to IS:73), spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit at the rate specified below, cleaning and preparing the existing pavement surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified , necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall be cosidered for payment. 0.20 Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) using crushed aggregate of quality,size and grading as specified and filler as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (Supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete. (For tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 110 kg/cum of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refinieries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material.)

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using crushed aggregate of quality,size and grading as specified and filler as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (Supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete. (For tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 120 kg/cum of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refinieries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material.)

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) using crushed aggregate of quality,size and grading as specified and filler as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (Supplied in Bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete. (For tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 shall be taken as 135 kg/cum of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refinieries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material.)

Providing, laying and fixing of self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement grid of High modulus fibre glass of mesh size not exceeding 12.5mm X 12.5mm (Macceferri or equivalent make).The grid shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface. The grid being self adhesive does not require tack coat. The Longitudinal overlap should not be less than 250mm and transverse overlap i.e. at the end of the roll should not be less than 150mm. Over self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement, stress absorbing membrane inter layer (SAMI) shall be provided which shall comprise of a membrane of hot sprayed bitumen VG30 grade (supplied in Bulk)@ 1.4 kg/sqm and then treated with approximately 7.5 kg/sqm stone aggregate of 6 to 10 mm size. The stones will be spread in such a manner that 50% of the surface is covered. The item should be completed in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling of elevated MIRL/HIRL fitting (Make-Youyung) from the existing transformer housing box i/c removal of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps & other accessories and stacking the same carefully in the store at Kullu Manali Airport as required.

Supply & fixing of CI collar of outside dia 330 mm, 100 (+/-3%) mm height made of 10 mm thick all around except top & bottom surface which will be 15mm and having a clear opening of 220 mm hole centre and 6 nos holes tapped to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts at PCD of 260 mm to receive light fitting base plate bolts. The collar shall be fixed with existing CI housing box with 6 nos stainless steel bolts including suplying of 12 Nos. bolts and 2 Nos. gasket etc., complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of elevated MIRL/HIRL fitting on the existing transformer housing box i/c installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps & other accessories, alignment levelling, making, transformer connections & earth connection etc. including bringing the existing fitting from the store to site as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/G.I.pipe/cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Making field connections by crimping following size plug and receptacle with the existing single core PVC copper conductor cable including jelly and applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required (a) 6 or 16 Sq.mm

Supply of 360' Outer Clear Lens dome suitable for existing Runway end 150 watt/ 6.6 Amp. Fitting of Youyang make etc. complete as required.

Supply of 150W, 6.6 A Bi Pin halogen Lamp base of GY9.5 type suitable for existing elevated RWY edge light fitting of Youyang make etc. complete as required.

Supply of 180 deg. filter Red Suitable for existing Runway edge light fitting of Youyang Make etc. complete as required.

Supply of 180 deg. filter Green Suitable for existing Runway edge light fitting of Youyang Make etc. complete as required.

Supply of 180 deg. filter yellow col Suitable for existing Runway edge light fitting of Youyang Make etc. complete as required.
