Engineering Services for – Planning, engineering design, preparation of all drawings (Civil, Structural, MEP, HVAC, MGPS, Fire Safety, Bio-Medical Equipment etc.), preparation & approval of all Design Basis Reports (DBRs), BIM coordination, statutory approvals, value engineering, site survey, utility mapping, preparation of GFC drawings, as-built drawings and all activities necessary for construction as per Scope of Work & DBR Part-C of Bid Document, CPWD General Specification of MOT 2022, relevant IS Codes, International Codes complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 13 Nos. Modular Operation Theatres at AGMC & GBP Hospital, Agartala, Tripura including dismantling, civil works, cleanroom envelope (SMS panels, false ceiling, anti-static flooring), hermetic doors, scrub stations, HVAC system with LAF & HEPA filters, electrical works, IPS, UPS, MGPS, Fire Safety systems, BMS/Controls, Bio-medical equipment integration, corridor development, attached rooms within OT complex, validation, testing, Third Party Quality Testing certification, training of Doctors/Para-medical staff/officials and handing over of fully functional MOTs strictly in accordance with Scope of Work & DBR Part-C, CPWD General Specification of MOT 2022, applicable IS/International Codes and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects including 36 Months Defect Liability Period.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of 13 Nos. installed MOTs including HVAC, LAF, HEPA, Electrical, IPS, UPS, MGPS, Fire Safety, Automation Systems, Cleanroom Components and allied installations for 60 (Sixty) Months post completion of 36 Months DLP, including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, replacement of defective spare parts, calibration, validation, SLA compliance and performance guarantee as per Contract conditions and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
