GENERATING PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

Design and manufacturing Horizontal Francis Turbine to deliver 100 kW,1000 rpm at generator terminals with shaft, runner, casing, bearings, oil pressure units etc. and all other auxiliaries with 10% continuous over rating conforming to relevant international specifications.

Design, manufacturing and Supply of Synchronous Generators 100 kW 0.415 kV, 3 phase, 0.8 Pf, 50 HZ + 3%, 1000 rpm Brushless Excitation,class 'F' insulation for rotor and class'F' insulation for stator, necessary terminal equipment like neutral grounding system LA/SC and other auxillary systems as required complete with 10% continous over rating suitable for above turbine.

Design, manufacturing and Supply of Generator/Turbine control panels including ACBs, protection, metering systems, all indicating instruments & switches, arrangement of power house lighting & auxillaries etc with one synchronising panel including provision for synchronising the power house with GRID.

Design, manufacturing and Supply of Electronic load controller of reputed make with delta connected ballast loads suitable for governing and regulation of above turbine-alternator system complete in all respect and GRID synchronising.

Main inlet valves suitable for fixing on penstocks for emergency closure (butterfly valve) complete with mounting flanges.

STATION AUXILIARIES

1.1 kV Power and Control cable with accessories as per site requirement.

24 Volts 200 AH D.C. Battery, Charger and Distribution Board.

Design, manufacturing and Supply of Station Service Board including bus bar, with MCCBs/ MCBs etc. of adequate capacities including 10 KVA Station Aux. T/F complete with all accessories as per site requirement.

Earthing of Power House & Switchyard equipment as per IS:3043 and IE Rules 1956 as amended upto date.

Any other items required for project completion and successful commissioning.
