Civil Work Package of Bhandardara dam Dist Ahilyanagar Rehabilitation Improvement and Basic facilities of Bhandardara Dam in Ahilyanagar Dist Of Maharashtra under DRIP II

Item No.1:-Dismantling the Stone Masonry in cement mortar including stacking the material with all lifts etc. complete as directed.

Item No.2:-Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by breaker including boulders above 0.6 m dia. (0.113 Cum minimising damage to side slopes of excavation and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, levelling bed etc.,complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed .

Item No.3 :-Providing and fixing anchor bar of 25 mm diameter 3.375 m with resin bond cement capsule anchorage through shaft including drilling holes, inserting grout capsule, driving anchor, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, ventilation, lighting, drainage and other ancillary operations etc complete with all lifts as Directed .

Item No.4:- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments, slab etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc.complete as directed.

Item No.5:-Providing and fixing in position TMT-FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Item No.6:-Royalty Charges as per Revenue and Forest Departments Gazette No.146 Dt. 04 June 2021 and as per instruction in general notes on SSR 2021-22 vide Sr No v. on Page 5 of P.W.D

Removing old damaged wire rope from gate leaf and fitting new wire rope 36mm dia 6x36 constructios made from galvanised,FMC core confirm to I.S.2266/1970 for one gate, with zink pouring in the socket and new socket with labour charges.

Removing of old turn buckle assey & providing and erection of new turn buckle assey for 42 Ton Hoist cap.

Replalcing of side & bottom rubber seal by way of removing old rubber seal, broken nut & bolts etc.

Surface preparation and applying zinc phosphate epoxy primer and applying black coal tar epoxy paint in double coats to u/s side of radial gate and applying anticorrosive coal tar black paint to d/s side of radial gate 12x8 mtr complete job.
