ANNEXURE ITEMS: Any additional item wherever required will be from the DSR 2021 Schedule of Rates for the Building (Miscelleneous works, Civil Sanitary, Water Supply and other Works, etc.) for 2021. Rates to be quoted at par or on flat percentage basis above / below the DSR. and maximum estimated provision for additional items is Rs. 3,79,113.00 (Rupees three lakh seventy nine thousand one hundred thirteen) only.
