Manning, operation and general maintenance of diesel engine generator set of capacity 320 KVA -01 No, 62.5 KVA - 02 No installed at 220 Sqn / FMS in three shifts each of 08 hours round the clock for all days including Sunday & holidays (01 No operator per shift) generating set comprising of engine alternator, fuel tank, control panel, radiator, battery 12 Volts, change over switch etc including routine maintenance of generator set all as specified and as directed. Note (i). Daily attendence shall be marked in attendance register by the JE concerned. Attendence shall be checked by EIC and GE on their visit. (ii) Do's and Don'ts standing orders of operating machines maintenance programme shall be displayed in each installation. (iii) Log book log sheet shall be filled shift wise. (iv) Operator shall be in proper uniform (over all combination) as approved by GE and cost of uniform included in the rate quoted) in case of non provision of uniform Rs 1000/- shall be deducted per uniform from the payment dues. (v) Surrounding area shall be kept clean and tidy.

All as per Srl item No 1 hereinbefore but DG set of capacity 125 KVA - 01 No, 100 KVA - 01 No, 82.5 KVA -02 installed at ATC Tower/UG ATC, one operator per shift of 08 hours for three shifts

Semi-Skilled workers (ITI qualified), One operator in Three shifts only

All as per Srl item No 1 hereinbefore but DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA - 01 Nos installed at Matra B2, one operator per shift of 08 hours for three shifts

Semi-Skilled workers (ITI qualified), One operator in three shifts only

All as per Srl item No 1 hereinbefore but DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA - 01 No installed at NBD, one operator per shift of 08 hours for two shifts

Semi-Skilled workers (ITI qualified), One operator in two shifts only

NOTES for Srl.No. 1 to 4.01 including sub paras here-in-before:- (i) For detail about attending the complaints, priorities, penalties, qualifications etc please refer Sch 'A' Notes and tender documents. (ii) The rates quoted in Column 13, shall not be less than the minimum wages as notified by the GOI/ state Govt/local body,whichever is higher failing which the tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. (iii) The contractor shall also quote rate/percentage against EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, GST and OH&P in respecive column i.e, Column No 14,16,20,22 & 26, as per latest instructions of concern department as on "end date of bid submission". (iv) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (a) Quoting Nil against OH&P. (b) Quotating less than Minimum wages (c) Quotating LWC less than 1% (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable according to total number of workmen/wages as per instruction in vogue.

NOTES(Contd/-) (v) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submission of valid and authenticate document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (vi) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
