Erection & Commissioning of 63MVA 132/33KV Transformer (T&R make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Bisal Pur, Pilibhit, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, Crane / Hydra, Hydraulic Jacks, Normal & Special T&Ps, Rails, Centrifuging Machine etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Details below : (1) Carriage of 20KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank on suitable Vehicle from Designated Primary Sub Station within 80 Km Distance to 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Bisal Pur including its Loading and Un-Loading with the help of Suitable Capacity Crane, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions during Loading, Carriage and Un-Loading.
(2) Carriage of Misc. Items like Control Cables, M.S. Round Bar, M.S. Earthing Strips etc. from Designated Primary Sub Station within 80 Km Distance to 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Bisal Pur including its Loading and Un-Loading.
(3) Erection of RTCC Panel of the 63MVA Transformer (T&R make) after Shifting of RTCC Panel from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Control Room.
(4) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the 63MVA Transformer (T&R make) to its Plinth from Storage Place upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of Tank of the above Transformer upto 20 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
(5) Shifting of Complete Accessories of the above 63MVA Transformer including Oil in Drums and Bushings Packed in Wooden Cases / Crates from Unloading Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site in Switchyard.
(6) Complete Erection of the above 63MVA Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box etc. alongwith all other associated Works.
(7) Centrifuging of T/F Oil in Oil Storage Tank after Filling of Oil in Oil Storage Tank from Oil Drums, Un-interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved and then, Filling & Topping up of the Centrifuged T/F Oil in above 63MVA Transformer as per Standard Procedure to Maintain Required Oil Level in the Transformer. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his own Cost.
(8) Centrifuging & Circulation of T/F Oil in above 63MVA Transformer, Un-interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil & IR Values of Bushings are Achieved including Hourly Recording all the Parameters such as Temp., Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his own Cost.
(9) Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Marshaling Box & OLTC of the Transformer to Transformer Control & Relay Panel and RTCC Panel in Control Room as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station : (a) 2C x 2.5 mm2
(b) 4C x 2.5 mm2
(c) 6C x 2.5 mm2
(10) Interconnection and Termination of above Laid Control Cables including Making necessary Holes in Gland Plates or Boxes where ever Required by Providing and Fixing of Cable Glands duly made of Brass of Appropriate sizes, Ferrules and Nos. for each Core of Cable and Crimping type Lugs of Dowell / Tension make as per Cable Schedule of the above 63MVA Transformer, its RTCC Panel, Cooling Fans, Marshalling Box, OLTC Driving Mechanism, C&R Panel etc. at both ends. The Work shall include Preparation of Interconnection Drawing, Commissioning of the Transformer in Co-ordination with the Departmental T&C Team and Providing a Soft Copy and 2 Sets of Hard Copies of the Cable Schedule and as Executed Interconnection Drawing.
(11) Making of Delta for Neutral Earthing by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter long Electrodes of 36 / 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing under the Ground at equal distance of 1 Meter at 700 mm depth by Digging of Earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75 mm × 10 mm size M.S. Flat, Connecting the Delta with existing Earth Mat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding etc. of the M.S. Flat. (1 Job per Delta)
(12) Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of the above 63MVA Transformer with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat / Deltas at 2 Places with Necessary Modifications in Existing Support Structure for Earthing of the Neutral Bushing and then Painting of the Earthing Strips.
(13) Jumpering of the above 63MVA Transformer as per Details below : (a) Jumpering with Single ACSR Panther Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between HV side Bushings to 132KV Jack Bus Bar Conductors including all associated Equipments in between.
(b) Jumpering with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between LV side Bushings to 33KV C.B. including all associated Equipments in between.
(14) Carriage of 20KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank on suitable Vehicle from 132KV S.A.S. Sub Station Bisal Pur within 80 Km Distance to Designated Primary Sub Station including its Loading and Un-Loading with the help of Suitable Capacity Crane, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions during Loading, Carriage and Un-Loading.
