Special Conditions: 1. The work shall consist of Annual Maintenance of Toilet Blocks at the following parks/locations under Sub-Division-III of HCD-IV/HZ/DDA: (a) M.P. Green Area at Smriti Van, Sector-A, Vasant Kunj. (b) Master Amir Chand Park, Sector-C, Vasant Kunj. (c) Avadh Bihari Park, Sector-B, Vasant Kunj. (d) NHP, Pockets-5 & 6, Sector-B, Vasant Kunj. (e) Office Complex, O/o the Deputy Director (Hort.)/HD-IV/DDA, Sheikh Sarai Phase-I. 2. The agency shall carry out maintenance works as and when required at the above locations during the contract period, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3. Non-execution of work or failure to comply with the instructions of the Site In-Charge or Engineer-in-Charge shall attract a penalty of ₹2,000/- per day or such higher amount as may be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge, without prejudice to other contractual actions.
