Carriage of 20MVA T/F (BHEL make) from 132KV Sub Station Faridpur to 132KV Sub Station Bisalpur alongwith other associated Works, with all cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, Trailer / Trucks, Crane / Hydra, T&Ps etc. required for satisfactory completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per details below :

Shifting of Main Tank of the 20MVA T/F (BHEL make) from Storage Place at 132KV Sub Station Faridpur upto 20 Meter distance including Turning of the Tank, if required.

Loading of Main Tank of the above 20MVA T/F alongwith associated accessories like Conservator Tank, Radiators, Bushings, Turrets, T/F Oil in Drums, OLTC Panel etc. on Trailer / Trucks at 132KV Sub Station Faridpur. The job includes Jacking the T/F Tank for placing the Wooden Sleeper and simultaneously Lifting the Tank by Jacking & Placing Sleepers continuously under the Tank till the Wooden Sleepers Platform comes upto height of Trailer Bed and then Placing the Rails over the Trailer Bed & Wooden Sleeper Platform and Shifting the Tank on the Trailer Bed. Finally, Removal of the Rails etc. from under the Tank and then, properly Securing / Lacing the Tank with the help of Steel Wire Ropes and Turn Buckles for Safe Transportation of the T/F Tank.

Safe Carriage of all Accessories, T/F Oil & Bushings of the above 20MVA T/F Loaded on Trailer / Trucks (Trailer / Trucks to be arranged by the Contractor) from 132KV Sub Station Faridpur to 132KV Sub Station Bisalpur. (Distance approx. 40 Km).

Unloading of the above 20MVA T/F from Trailer with the help of Hydraulic Jacks, Wooden Sleeper Platform & Rails etc. The job includes Making of Wooden Sleeper Platform upto height of Trailer Bed, Opening the Laces, Jacking the T/F Tank & Placing the Rails under the Tank Loaded on Trailer, Shifting the Tank on the Wooden Sleeper Platform, Jacking the Tank for Removing the Rails from under the T/F Tank, Lowering the Tank towards Ground by Removing the Wooden Sleepers under the Tank layer by layer, then Placing the Rails under the Tank for Stacking / Placing the T/F Tank on Rails. Also, unloading of the various accessories of the above Transformer like Conservator Tank, Radiators, Bushings, Turrets, T/F Oil in Drums, OLTC Panel etc. from Trucks / Trailer at suitable unloading place at 132KV Sub Station Bisalpur .
