M & L for rewinding of induction motor 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volt of compressor motor and AHU Blower , chiler , condeser motor ,Hot Water Motor comprising of the following activities for induction motor of following capacities manufacturer's instructions. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

(i) Disconnecting and removing the electric motor from installed position and loading unloading, transporting to authorised/approved work shop

(ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage including all material such as insulated paper sleeves tape varnish etc complete for class F insulation and including shaft metalising, bearing cover slieving , necessary replacement of cooling fan, nut-bolt etc

(iii) Loading, unloading and transporting motor & reinstalling in position and in alignment including electric conection commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hours continuosly to check the performance on full load and designed RPM to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge all as specified and directed

(iv) M&L for replacement of 02 Nos of suitable size of ball bearing of existing size of the following type and capacity of induction motor :-

(a) 10 - 15 HP induction motor, 415 V, 50Hz

(b) 5 - 10 HP induction motor

(c) up to 5 HP induction motor

Supply and fix flexible rubber coupling for 3- 7.5HP elecric motor & pump, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge,

Supply and fix flexible rubber coupling for 10 - 15 HP elecric motor & pump, 415volts, 3 phase of existing specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling, disconnecting and decoupling of pumpset complete from the installation with the help of man power / chain pully and block after making temporary arrangment for hanging of chain pully block, incl shifting of pump to civil work shop for opening of pump and cleaning of all parts internally & externally and greasing of mechanical switch gear incl repairing of CI/SS impeller and replacing the unserviceable spare parts CI Casing wear ring DE/NDE, CI Gland plate, Key for impeller, Impeller nut, CI Stuffing box bush, Pump shaft SS (AISI-410), Gland packing champion, CI Bearing cartiage DE/NDE, CI star coupling, SS Eye bolt with nut, CI Shaft sleeve, Set Gasket packing, mechanical seal, remetalling of pump shaft turning and balancing, including machining work and transportation from civil work shop to site for refixing , coupling, alignment of pump with motor using steel coupling and testing of pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 80 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condensser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 100 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condensser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of butter fly valve of 150 mm dia, cast iron body, integrally molded close and body construction with hand lever, operated and rating of PN 10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of condensser and chilled water line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for strip opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipe lines for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser and scraping down the sludge precipitated inside the tube. Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling solution, supplied in sealed containers, by mono block pump set after mixing it in water in ratio of 1:5 in all tubes of three condenser of each plant through the circulating pump and allow to hold it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction. Opening the condenser from both sides and clean with iron rod connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser ensuring that descaling process has been complete; then closing the condenser at both ends and circulating clean water in all the tubes of three condensers of each plant and draining out the same. These processess have to be continued till the tubes are of scales to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including fixing new gasket for both ends of the three condensers of each plant, tighten with new nut end bolts. The job also includes Material and labour for making leak proof refrigerent system by vaccumising with in 7.6 mm HG carried out using N-2 gas and maintaining for three hours; at the end of this period vaccum should be maintained for 24 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. for AC plants of 3X85TR capacity. Note :- (a) Supplying the chemical solution for descaling solution for descaling is included in the unit rate quoted. (b) Strength of descaling solution shall be measured with pH paper and if the strength is less than 30%, then the descaling has to be done again by the contractor at his own cost to achieve the desired level of pH and nothing shall be payable extra on this account.

Material & Labour for finding out the leakage with the pressure test of water cooled chiller, scroll type compressor capacity up to 25 TR, identifing gas and oil leakage and removing the same and Leak repairing by brazing/flaring and flushing the sysytem by nitrogen gas and pressure testing for leakage and rectified and after rectification vacumacation, pressure testing, and gas charging R-407c for achieve desire pressure and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Cost of Nitrogen gas, necessary copper pipes and welding works are deemed to be included in the Quoted rates. (ii) Necessary Refrigerant gas measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only gas R-407A for topup /charging of refrigerant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only for topping up/charging compressor oil non freezing type in factory sealed containers in compressor units complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing and maintenance of Rapid cool cap 110 KW Hot water generator complete by opening the existing assy and draining out complete water including cleaning of the connected components like container, checking of serviceability of heating element, pressure gauge, etc. and reassembling and testing the same after replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - Spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under the relavant items of this schedule.

S & F in replacement of Resistance water immersion heating element upto 25 kW for Hot water generator ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only thermostat for 110 KW Hot water generator approved by EIC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Service of servo auto manual voltage stabilizer of capacity 300KVA 415 V 3 phase opening the existing ssy and cleaning of the connected components,Checking electrical wiring connection,checking of serviceability of Contractor ,coil etc. and reassembling and testing the same after replacement of unserviceable spares complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - Spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately under the relavant items of this schedule.

M&L for filteration / dehydration of transformer oil at site so as to achieve diaelectric strengh not less than 30kv when tested at 4mm air gap. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil of diaelectric strengh not less than 45 KV in topping up level of voltage stabilizer. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of Uni Step AC Synchronous motor having Torque 10 kg/cm ,Reversible 60 RPM ,240 Volts, 1 Ph for servo voltage stablizer of capacity 300 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling inlet & outlet connection of water pipe lines, wiremesh all-around the cooling tower, PVC fins, CT fan and motor, PVC water storage tank and incoming connection of electric supply and other related items all as per site requirement complete for cleaning works and Cleaning the cooling tower by scraping with wire brush, washing powder and other solvent by removing the deposited impurities such as silt, dust particles mud/sand inside the dome and around the fins, on wiremesh, main shaft, etc and other connected items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv fins/cells of cooling tower and supply and fix PVC fins(honey comb) suitable for fiber glass cooling tower complete suitable for upto 85TR of AC plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PVC eliminator from cooling tower of capacity 3x85 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of Air handling units of capacity 3500 / 3600 CFM (a) cleaning of AHU filters with water spray jet after blowing out the dust (b) cleaning of cooling coils with chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of coil. (c) checking and servicing of electrical connections of blower motor (e) cleaning of water drain lines and replacing the drain valves. (f) cleaning out the drained water in AHU room completely and testing & commissioning the unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- cost of minor electrical and mechanical parts required shall be included in the above quoted rate.
