The submersible pump set taken out from the bore due to the defective G.I. pipe and dismantling the defective electrical items from the LT panel board. S/O submersible cable with copper conductor having three core sizes 4.0 sqmm 1100v (100m roll) Make : Havells/Finolex or any other make approved by DJB.

S/o G.I. pipe 50 mm dia size medium class with G.I. flange welded in both sides 03 mtrs long with MS strips complete with threading work on each side of pipe each flange should be 4 holes and cut for cables make :- Jindal/Tata / or any other make approved by DJB

S/o G.I. tail piece 50 mm dia size medium class 1.5 mtr long complete with one end threaded and one end welded with flange make Make :- Jindal/Tata or any other make DJB approved

S/o MS clamp 50 mm dia 600 mm long and 12 mm thick holding the pipe the complete with nut bolt and washer

S/o rubber insertion jointing sheet conforming IS 638/79 with ISI mark 1.5 mm thick Make:- Jyoti or any other make approved by DJB

S/o required off size threaded nut bolts of good quality

Supply of MS bore cover 8 mm thick suitable for 200 mm dia casing in 2 pieces complete with bolting arrangement angle iron frame and provision of 50 mm dia hole in the center

Installation of E & M equipments lowering pump set in the bore fixing of valves and accessories executing minor civil work making electrical connection with cable as required size i/c watch and ward cartage, taking all safety measures all tools and tackles testing and commissioning of all E&M equipments at no load and full load conditions as per standard and full satisfaction of Engineer –in Charge.
