Material and labour for 9-10 mm thick vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) dark shade coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.38 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing ; scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of colour wash on old decorated surfaces of walls including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Taking down aluminium door shutters of any description n exc 2 sq.m each and refixing the same after rescuring / easing complete all as specified.

Material and labour for repair to RCC drain cover of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 50 mm thick with PCC of 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including providing necessary formwork as required complete all as specified.

Cleaning of blockage of sewer lines 100/150 mm bore, manholes in any type of sewer line( i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) and by attending the complaints for day to day maintenance in all days in a month except Sundays, Gazetted Holidays and National Holidays, by way of cleaning desludging foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer line between manholes mechnically or pumping out sewage from blocked manhole including desludging where required and ordered by EIC and keeping sewer line functional upto final drop/outlet into septaic tank, soakwell all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blokage strom water drain surface with necessary excavation inside the drain and taking out of mud or forign materials / silts area not exc. 1.5 m wide and 1.5 m deep anf removing the excavated material from work site at distance not exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall pan-eling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and draw-ing complete all as specified

Material and labour for factory made PVC cup board frame of size 75mm x 50mm with a wall tickness of 5 mm made out of extruded 5 mm thick prelam/plain colour,PVC sheet reinforced with 15 mm x 15 mm mild steel square tube having wall thickness of 1mm, throughout the frame and cut at two corners and jointed with 02 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm MS square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum 4 Nos screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 Nos of screw to be proved to the horizontal members etc completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made PVC cupboard shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tubes wall thickness of 1mm and 19mm x 19mm for stiles and rails. MS frame shall have a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer of approved make. The inside panel consist of 20mm thick multi chamber hallow PVC section of 2mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement/ cynoacryltate with 5mm thick prelam/plain PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/cum density on both side of inside panel. All four edges of the panel to be sealed with 5mm thick prelam/plain PVC shett of density 600kg/cum density on both side of inside panel all four edges of the panel to be sealed with lapping of 10mm and 20mm wide PVC sheet bottom sticking 2nos PVC foam sheet of 5mm thick using PVC solvent cement adhesive shutter edge lipping to be painted with PVC link of matching colour of prelam/plaim sheet of shutter etc in the frame at site as per specificatio & drawing

Material and labour for providing and fixing factory made PVC shelf/partition of required size consisting of 18mm thick PVC board and for supporting the hold of shelf/partition and shall provide 3 edges in size 18mm x 18mm as per required length. The front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf to edge lipped by 18mm width x 2 mm thick PVC sheet using solvent coment etc complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed for light /fan point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.
