Servicing & repairs to walk-in-cooler comprises with out door/ indoor unit (Refrigeration Unit of Cap 10000-20000 BTU) of make BLUE STAR/ CARRIER. Cleaning of copper coil/ pipe to be done with chemical followed by water jet etc complete and ensuring the system to work to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Labour charges for replacing the unserviceable parts of the machine including charging of Regfrigerant gas, leak testing, Brazing the suction/ discharge tubes where required and, all strainer, checking/ repairs to sensor unit, HO/LP cut off valve for proper functioning is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Small spares like nut, bolt, tape, gasket, copper nipple, copper fittings etc deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Major spares as mentioned below will be measuered and paid as "supply only" separately. (d) One outdoor and one indoor makes a unit. Loc: Base Hospital 7 unit, Supply Depot 1 unit).

Supply of following parts for repair of walk-in-cooler as ordered (provisional) to incorporate as required against Ser No. 1:-

(b) Evaporator fan motor 70 Watt

(c) Contactor 3 phase

(d) Hermetically sealed compressor of capacity 2.5 TR 3 phase 415V AC 50 Hz

(e) Hermetically sealed compressor of capacity 3 TR 3 phase 415V AC 50 Hz

(f) Condenser Motor with blade for outdoor unit of

(g) Bracket set of two

(h) HP/LP cutoff

(j) Relay 3 phase

(k) Dryer for refrigerant gas

(l) display unit alongwith PCB unit twin compressor type

Repair of Voltage stabilizer 3 phase 10/15 KVA including change of faulted spares like circuit board, connector, wiring, display, knob, meters etc complete all as directed and upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for opening/ dismantling and re fixing after servicing of package AV unit of 11 TR capacity unit consisting of two No. 3 phase compressor and 3 Nos outdoor units including copper pipe, evaporator coil, expansion, condenser coil, filters, electrical circuit and all connection accessories for leak testing with nitrogen gas and fixing the leak by using copper joints and also chemical servicing of all evaporator copper coil and all condenser copper coil alongwith water jet cleaning, with fixing new items against unserviceable one etc complete all as directed and upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Servicing testing & Engineering charges at 5 N Det Navy. Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable items will be paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (b) Minor copper parts like elbow, union, bend, short piece etc for repair of small leak is consider in the quoted rate. Make : Blue Star (existing).

Supply only PCB Panel board for indoor unit 11TR capacity of Blue Star (existing).

Supply only Outdoor Condenser motor blade set for 11 TR Capacity AC.

Supply only Relay 3 PH for compressor connection for 11 TR Capacity AC.

Supply only Contactor 3 Phase for 11 TR Capacity AC.

Supply only Sensor, HP/LP, thermostat etc for control purpose for 11 TR Capacity AC.

Supply only Fan blade for motor of outdoor unit for 11 TR Capacity AC.

Supply only Indoor unit fulter set for 11 TR package AC.

Material & Labour for evacuating, pressure testing with nitrogen gas & gas charging of condenser-evaporator circuit with R410 a gases etc complete all as directed and upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for evacuating, pressure testing with nitrogen gas & supply and charging refrigerant gas R32 suitable for Refrigerators/ water coolers/ Deep freezers and cold room air conditioners complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for AC outdoor unit protector dust/ water proof with length adjustable hook min size 48 x 24.5 inches x 6 mm etc complete all as directed and upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for descalling chiller unit cycle of the AC plant of capacity 25TR each plant, chiller pumps, including AHU with descalling solution (ANTI SCALENE SCALE FOEE-100/Alsta scale DS 85) with punp, brushing the tubes and where required drilling the stubbon scalling without damaging the tube, replacement of deshed end gasket and unserviceable nuts and bolts assembling back complete testing and commissioning including removing air lock, recharging the liquid taken out of the system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at Base Hospital Barrackpore. Notes : Descaling the pumps, nylon brush, acid including storage containers, drill and drill bits to be arranged by contractor and work including welding cost of the same deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the following:- Descaling shall be carried out by authorized firm dealing in cooling applications and firm which has fixed the central AC plant in a gap of min 40-50 days.

Supply & fixing V Belt of any description for motor and blower etc complete all as directed and upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for change of coupling for pump and motor set etc complete all as directed and upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling/levelling of road/ hardstanding and mass concrete including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for fabrication of stair and foundation from structural steel sections including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and includive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for construction of stair to AHU at roof top and other works.

Material & Labour for rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks of 2000 Ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for surface preparation of old painted surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer on outer iron surface of any description any shape any size for pipe line, angle, AHU base, bracket, foundation of iron etc as required at site etc complete all as specified and directed.
