Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement M30 (M-thirty) (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification section 1500 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of side, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation for all type of structure, plain concrete nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement: four sand : Eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size on ground or under water including curing complete and pumping or bailing out water, de-watering removal of slush as required at site which may airse at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in retaining wall, breast wall etc. in all respect as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 and as per direction of the Ehngineer-in-charge including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 100mm (Hundred millimetre) dia P.V.C pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 709 and1206.6 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M-20 (M-Twenty) design mix with cement contents not less than 330Kgs (Three hundred thirty kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in open foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900 and 1200 including the cost of form work up to any height / depth and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
