Yearly routine and safety checks of Gear Box Make M/s ZF Marine onboard ICGS C-146

E-096: Yearly (A 3.1) routine of both Gear Box (Make: M/s ZF Marine, Model: ZF-7550) is falling due. Cleaning and pressure testing of oil cooler/ heat exchanger of both gear box to be carried out with assistance of PAC/OEM firm. Post Cleaning of oil coolers, heat resistant paint to be applied on the same. In way job includes removal and re-fitment of associated fittings, pipe lines, renewal of all bolts, nuts with washers (as required). Test pressure 1.5 times of working pressure i.e 30 Bar

L-048: Yearly (A 3.1) routine of both Gear Box (Make: M/s ZF Marine, Model: ZF-7550). Following safety trips and alarm along with gear box earthling connection and sensors of both gear box system to be calibrated and proved for satisfactory operation with OEM/PAC firm. (a) Clutch oil pressure alarm (b) Lub oil temp alarm (c) Low clutch oil pressure trip (d) High gear box temperature alarm
