Design, construction , testing and commissioning of R.C.C trench weir in M 30 grade cement concrete across Kholi Khad as per site condition of appropriate length and height including depth above and below the natural bed level of khad to obtain 374.47 LPS discharge as per proper design requirment including the cost of site development, excavation, cutting and dewatering etc in all kinds of soil. The structural design of trench weir shall strictly confirm to relevent of BIS code and specification.

Design, construction , testing and commissioning of R.C.C aqueduct in M 30 grade cement concrete 20 mtrs long and 4.5 mtrs high (2 Nos) at (i) RD1300 to 1320 (ii)1480 to 1500, 10 mtrs long 4 mtrs high (2 Nos) at RD 8765 to 8775, 8820 to 8830, and 5 mtrs long and 4.5 mtrs high (1 Nos) at RD 10265 to 10270. at per site condition appropriate height and depth above and below the natural bed level. i/c the cost of site development, excavation, cutting and dewatering etc in all kind of soil. The structural design of trench weir shall strictly confirm to relevent of BIS code and specification.

Design, construction , testing and commissioning of R.C.C main channel (cut and cover ) from RD 0 to 2520 =2520 rmts to carry the 374.47 LPS flow of water in M 25 grade cement concrete as per proper design and drawing i/c the cost of site development, excavation, cutting and dewatering etc in all kind of soil as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft /hard rock, chiesling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil I/c pumping or bailling out water with in all heights stacking the excavated soil with 15cm layer when required into plinth ,sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layerby ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring, shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.height of propping and centring below supporting removal of the same for insitu work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)bartitions and the like i/c attached,pillasters plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts.

In duct of Kuhal ( in Sqm)

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement: 4sand: 8graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3sand: 6graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

P/L C.C. 1:2:4(1 cement: 2sand: 4graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement work for rainforcement cement concerete work in foundation and plinth complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10(1 cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work In retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plum shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per HP.PWD specifications.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts. ( in Kgs.)

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve ( with hand wheel) make Kirloskar / Leader / KSB / PN-1.0 as per IS: 780:1984 class -I upto 300mm dia.( i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia. 300 mm ) complete with bolts nuts, rubbe insertion etc., ( the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separately). within all leads and lifts. (300 mm dia )

Providing ,Laying ,jointing and testing MS steel pipe 300 mm dia 4 mm thick. (excluding the cost of earth work in trenches) within all leads and lifts of following dia. (IS - 3183 -2012 grade -FE- 330.)

Providing, Laying jointing and testing HDPE pipe 100 mm dia. (In Rmts ) as per IS 4984: 1995 PE - 80 , 4.00 Kg / centimeter square.

Providing, Laying, Jointing and testing MSERW of 300 mm dia 4.00 mm thick .make such as Jindal / Swastik / Surya/ Roshni with galvanised Zink coated as per BIS 3589 - 1991 steel grade FC - 330, including flange , anti corrosive treatment in all respect (excluding the cost of earth work in trenches) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing Ball valve ( PVC ) 100 mm dia of reputed make within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work, including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:- In beams ,joints, channels angle cleats as in main and cross beams , lip and jack, rafters, pillers connected to common rafters and the like, angle iron gate etc. within all leads and lifts.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing water stoper seal 230 mm wide 6 mm thick complete within all leads and lifts. ( GB 18173 - 20 - 2000 polymer)

Providing and fixing bitumen fiber board 12 mm thick of approved make within all leads and lifts ( ASTM - D. 1751-83/D - 545 - 84)
