AHU AND PIPING WORKS AT THE 2ND FLOOR THEJASWNI BUILDING, AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT ETPK/PH-I/2022-23/AT-146

Supply, store, handle, install, hoist to all levels, erect, test, and commission EUROVENT/AHRI certified 60 TR, 24000 CFM double-skin AHU having 50mm thick PUF insulation of minimum density of 40kg/m³, with pre-coated GSS/Color coated panel, having casing strength of CD1/D1 with a thermal break/frameless labyrinth profile, fans section, coil section, filter section with necessary insulations, drain pan, etc., cooling coil of copper tubes with aluminium fins (minimum 12 fins per inch) and 6 number of rows, the coil face velocity should not exceed 2.54m/s, FPI of 12 to 14, TEFC squirrel cage IE3 motor of required rating including mounting and fixing arrangements, forward/backward curved DIDW Centrifugal fan and motor pulley, V-belts and belt guard, VFD and anti-vibration spring/isolator bearings, etc., 50mm thick synthetic washable filter of class G4 with frame and having a minimum of 90% efficiency down to 10 microns. Insulation of all sections with fire-retardant insulation material as per manufacturer standard. Accessories such as air vent on cooling coil with globe valve/screwed plugs, insulation of drain pan as per specifications, double canvas connections of fire retardant quality for connecting AHUs to ducting/plenum, insulated drain piping with trap till the outlet of the AHU, thermowell at the inlet and outlet of cooling coil, gauge cocks at the inlet and outlet of cooling coils for pressure gauges (provision only), including RCC foundation along with PCC/RCC sub base with bolts and nuts and finishing the slabs or any opening, etc., limit switch in door and inspection lamps to be fixed, control wiring for actuators to set the valve in the closed position.

Dismantling 2 Nos of old AHUs including pipes, fittings, and ducts in the AHU room, 1 No. of cassette AC unit from office space, 1 No.of ductable unit, and 1 No. of PAC unit from server room including outdoor units.

Supply, store, handle, install, test and commissioning of MS class C heavy black type chilled water pipes with high tech supports with complete insulation and all fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, etc. as required for installation as per site conditions and as per specifications. Piping insulation shall be expanded polyurethane foam with a minimum density of 36kg/m³ in AHU room with aluminium cladding of 26G.

Supply and fixing in position of ISI marked PVC pipe (6Kgf/cm²) for condensate drain water and AHU room drain to the floor trap piping with 6mm nitrile rubber insulation and with necessary fittings including elbows, tees, reducers, etc.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of butterfly valve PN16 of size as required and suitable for the AHU tappings. The butterfly valve shall have a cast iron body with a black nitrile seat and the disc material should be ductile iron.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Y strainer with required diameter for the smooth functioning of the AHUs.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 2 way modulating valves in a single unit of valve PN 16 rating of size as required and suitable for AHU tappings, duly mounted with a BMS compatible modulating actuator (IP54 type) and thermostat.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of balancing valve PN16 of size as required and suitable for AHU tappings with provision for flow measurement.

Supply, fabricate, handle and erect site fabricated 120 GSM sheet GI duct of 24G, complete with all fittings such as MS angles stiffeners, tee bends, special off chutes, turning vanes, splitter dampers, inspection doors, transformation pieces, etc. as required and as per IS 655 including suspension and supporting arrangements (only hi-tech supports shall be used ), ducts, joining with easy slip-on flange, gasket, corner piece, etc.

Supply and Installation of thermal insulation having minimum 9mm thick class O nitrile rubber with anti-microbial properties with thermal conductivity of 0.035W/m K at 20°C in accordance with EN12667.

Supply and Installation of open-cell type 10mm thick anti-microbial acoustic insulation class 1 on supply air duct lining using nitrile rubber insulation.

Supply and installation of flexible canvas connection of AHU

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 1.5 hours of fire-rated motorized fire and smoke GI damper.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of actuators for fire dampers including control cables.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of motorized GI VCD (at the mouth of AHU) fixing arrangements, complete brass bushings suitable for mounting electrical actuators, and interlocking of the actuator with the blower of AHU.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 33 Nos of manual GI VCD at the end of each duct tapping (inside the office space) with required fittings and fixing arrangement.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 Nos of manual GI VCD (in the AHU room)

Robotic duct cleaning and botanic disinfection of the HVAC ducts installed at the site (floor area 20,000Sq.Ft).

Air balancing of Ducts as per the requirement of office space. The heat load calculation (in HAP) has to be submitted in this regard before air balancing. The area needs to be balanced as per the requirement at the site.

Annual maintenance contract charges including all spares and consumables for the AHUs for the first 3 years. The Contractor also has to service the AHUs at a repeated interval. A minimum of 4 services have to be done for ensuring proper performance of the AHUs. The number of services has to be increased based on the requirement/performance. The frequency of servicing shall be once every 3 months.
