Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 58.5/60 Kva cooled silent DG Set as per CPCB-IV+ norms alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 58.5/60 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM at 415 Volt suitable for 50 Hz, 3 Phase System and consisting of the following and as per Specifications and conditions:-

Diesel Engine:-

Diesel Engine (CPCB-IV+ Norms COMPLIANCE) @ 1500 RPM cylinder 4 stroke radiator cooled, Robust & efficient air handling system with dry type & replaceable paper cement air cleaner with restriction indicator,optimized turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities,cooling system is designed & tested for 50 degree C Ambient conditions,capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted completed with all the required accessories:-

Alternator:

Synchronous alternator rated at 58.5/60 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 degree C, Generator technologies, brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1 , Better motor starting capability, compact design for longer life and lesser maintenance and imppregnation on all wound component foe mechanical strength.

Mounting Arrangement:

Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads,skid mounted radiator,Base frame with integral fuel tank and DEF tank is provided with drain plug,air vent,inlet and outlet connection and provison for cleaning.

Exhaust System:

Dry exhaust mainfold with Residential Silencer as per manufacturer specifications.

Acoustic Enclosure:

The acoustic enclosure is made CRCA sheets in Munsell green shade and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black,Specially designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA@1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions,11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment,High quality noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic Insulation material (Rockwool) complying to IS 8183,Top lifting for easy handling at customer site and External fuel & DEF filling provision.

Remote monitoring system:

Compact & robust device,Real time DG status & monitoring,4G compatible,Compatible for 12/24 V DC,Reports & Notification – Alerts & Warning,Isolated RS 485 interface and Device location using triangulation.

Starting System:

12 volts DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation as required as per specifications.

Excavation work by mechanical means(Hydralic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (noe exceeding 1.5m in width or 10sqmm including dressing of sides and ramminf of bottoms,lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excaveted soils as directed,within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level:-1:4:8(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as required complete in all respects.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick,welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies,heights of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ rinfoced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls partion and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like,up to all floor level,complete in all respects.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth etc. as required complete in all respects.

SUB-HEAD-II :- WIRING & CABLE LAYING

Providing & Laying of one number aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured/ XLPE power cable, 1.1 KV grade of following sizes direct in ground including excavation, and refilling the trench etc as required but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. SUB-HEAD-III :- EARTHING & LOOP EARTHING

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.
