Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Capabilities of Vendor

The vehicles must have been registered on or after 01.01.2024 (10 Marks)

Others -- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC Card)

The bidder should submit the PAN card copy and GST Certificate (20 Marks)

GST Registration

Affidavit on Rs 100.00 stamp paper stating the firm is not Black listed by any government departments/agencies/Institutions. (10 Marks)

The bidder shall be the owner of the vehicle or he shall get undertaking from the vehicle owner stating that vehicle will be let out to the bidder for the whole contract period and same should be enclosed/uploaded (20 marks)

Financial Status

Bidder should submit IT returns of last two years (From 2023-24 to 2024-25). (10 marks)
