Providing, laying spreading and compacting by mechanical means stone aggregate of specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cum ( zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimetres to twenty two point four millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 including hauling of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg (zero decimal two zero to zero decimal two five kilogram) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surfaces cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause-503, including hauling of material in all leads lifts as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is also includes octroi, royality, malkana toll tax, sale tax, GST or any and other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing,laying and rolling of close-graded Mix seal surfacing material of 25mm (Twenty five milimetre) thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (eleven point two milimetre to zero point nine milimetre) (Type-A) at the rate of 0.338kg (zero point three three eight kilograme) per ten square metre aggregate using penetration grade bitumen at the rate i.e. binders content at the rate of 27.50 kg/ 10sqm (twenty seven point five zero kilogram) per ten square metre or 5.11% (five point one one percent) by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10gm/cc to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable paint, playing and rolling with a Three Wheel 8-10 (eight-ten) KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per MORD Technical specification Clause 509 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) thick and 0.19 (zero point one zero) metre wide strip in centre line and 0.30 metre (zero point three zero metre) wide strip in zebra crossing including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms (two hundred fifty grames) per square metre area, thickness of 2.5mm (two point five milimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five) in accordance with ministory of road transport specification (Latest revision) and IRC Code the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of labours, equipements and materials to various location all modes of transportation, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
