OD527698/2025-2026:Providing and fixing pressed steel glazed type type window and ventilator made out of 18G(1.25mm) thick prime quality TATA's GALVANO steel sheet using profile 82 x 60 mm for window frames and 50 x 20mm for window shutters welded assembled with 75 mm stainless steel butt hinges, adjustable hold fasts,mrtar guards,stainless Hooks ,Eyes and stay hooks etc., and if required welded or assembled with M S Grill of dia 12 mm rod @ 100 mm C/C horizontally with 25 x 5 flat 2 Nos vertically per panel or as specified and inclusive of labour charges for fixing all window fittings like Tower bolts, handles, aluminium beadings etc.,Ventilators provided louvers only (ventilator shutters provided separately) make rebate for fixing the glass panel and (including 5 mm/5.5 mm thick glass ) , aluminium beadings etc and applied with suitable primer also including all cost of conveyance charges fixing charges at the site etc complete

OD527765/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Pressed Steel Door frames of profile A/B/C/E of size 90 x 60mm/105 x 60mm/125 x 60mm/165 x 60 mm onforming to IS: 4351 manufactured from prime qualitybright TATA GALVANO Steel sheets of 18SWG (1.25mm) thickness including Hinges jamb, lock jamb, head and if required base tie and then mitred the corners,welded to the size as per specifications and fitted or welded with adjustable legs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 125 mm and provided with mortar guards, shock absorbers and lock strike plate as specification and pretreated,phosphated and then applied with suitable primer with Pressed Steel Door Shutter made out of 20 SWG prime quality TATA's GALVANO steel sheets pressed to profiles of 75 x 30mm for shutter outer frame and louvered and stiffened sheet for inner panel assembled together by welding/riveting and then pretreated,phosphated and finally applied zinchromate metal primer including fixing all hardware fittings such as Aldrops,Tower bolts,Hinges, and Handles etc all made out of stainless steel as per the schedule of hardware fittings also including all cost of conveyance charges fixing charge at the site etc complete.

16.68:Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

11.37:Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete

11.41.2:Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)
