The Bidder should furnish the details of previous experience of work done if any, duly supported by copies of documents, and performance certificates issued by the competent authority for a minimum period One year

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years an average annual turnover of Rs900000 not less than amount put to tender

The Bidder shall upload audited Profit and Loss Account/Income and Expenditure account/Annual Turnover Statement for previous 5 years

Should have Valid Labour license issued by the competent authority for supplying Man Power Supply

The partnership Firm should furnish the Power of attorney in favor of all the person signing the documents along with Partnership deed.

An experienced driver having good conduct with necessary driving license has to be provided. KPTCL shall not be liable for any payments arising out of negligent & rash driving. Any loss caused to KPTCL has to be suitably compensated by the service provider

The year of manufacture of the vehicles should be 2019 and later, with seating capacity 14+1, with luggage carrier and must be well maintained & roadworthy with comfortable seating arrangements with yellow board and valid permit

Have enrolled in the Provident Fund Department

Have enrolled in Employees State Insurance Department

Should have PAN Card

Any other license/permits required under state/central act applicable

GST Certificate issued by competent authority

The tenderer whose contracts have been terminated/foreclosed/blacklisted penalized by any organizations during the last three years due to non-fulfillment of contractual obligations/deficiency in service are not eligible to participate in the tender. The tenderer should clearly specify and upload self-declaration letter in writing the letterhead of the firm, stating that they do not fall under this category.
